By booking a ride, submitting a request through our website, or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These terms apply to all clients of Synergy Lux Limo DFW LLC, whether you book online, by phone, by SMS, or through our AI concierge Amirah. We may update these terms — see Section 9 for details.
Synergy Lux Limo DFW LLC provides luxury chauffeured ground transportation throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex, including but not limited to airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, special events, and hourly charter service.
All rides are provided in our 2024 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury, operated by our owner-chauffeur, Wilmer Rodriguez. We are a single-vehicle, owner-operated service. We do not subcontract rides to third-party drivers.
Service areas include Dallas, Fort Worth, Plano, Frisco, Irving, Arlington, Southlake, Las Colinas, McKinney, Addison, and surrounding DFW communities. Long-distance trips outside the immediate DFW area are available at our hourly rate — contact us to confirm availability before booking.
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
Full payment: Full payment may be made at booking via Stripe (all major credit and debit cards accepted). We also accept Zelle.
No-show policy: If you are not at the designated pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and have not contacted us, the ride will be considered a no-show and the full fare is forfeited.
Quoted prices are flat rates unless otherwise specified. Tolls, parking fees, and waiting time beyond 15 minutes (for non-airport pickups) or beyond your flight's actual arrival (for airport pickups) may be added to the final fare and will be communicated in advance.
For airport pickups, we track your flight. If your flight is delayed, we adjust accordingly at no extra charge — no rebooking required.
24+ hours before pickup: Full refund of any deposit or payment made.
Less than 24 hours before pickup: The deposit (50% of fare) is non-refundable. If paid in full, 50% will be refunded.
Same-day cancellations (less than 4 hours): No refund. The full fare is charged.
Wedding and special event bookings: Require 72-hour cancellation notice for a full refund. Less than 72 hours: deposit is non-refundable.
To cancel, contact us by phone at (646) 879-1391 or by SMS/email. Cancellation time is determined by when we receive and confirm your cancellation — not when it was sent.
Refunds are processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) are non-refundable on returned transactions.
We ask all passengers to treat the vehicle and our chauffeur with respect. The following policies apply to all rides:
Our chauffeur has the right to terminate a ride at any time if passenger conduct becomes unsafe or disrespectful. In such cases, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the ride.
Synergy Lux Limo DFW LLC operates with full commercial insurance coverage. In the event of an accident or incident, our insurance policy governs claims and coverage.
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, traffic accidents not involving our vehicle, acts of nature, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to notify you promptly and reschedule or refund at our discretion.
We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle. If you believe you have left an item, contact us immediately. While we will make reasonable efforts to return found property, we cannot guarantee the return of any item.
Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific ride in question.
Synergy Lux Limo DFW LLC is a fully licensed and insured transportation operator. We carry commercial auto liability insurance appropriate to our service type and operating jurisdiction in Texas.
A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request — contact us at (646) 879-1391 or by email. This is commonly requested by corporate clients, hotel partners, and legal or procurement departments.
Our W-9 is on file for clients requiring 1099 reporting. Net-30 invoicing is available for established corporate accounts — contact us to set up an account.
By providing your phone number and booking with us, you consent to receive SMS messages related to your booking — including confirmations, payment links, ride-day reminders, and status updates.
Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time to opt out of future messages. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies but is typically 2–5 messages per booking. SMS consent is not required to use our service — you can book by phone without providing it.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active clients.
Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
